Meet Steve

Steve is from Bakersfield, CA and has a younger brother and sister. His mom and dad have been a constant source of strength and encouragement and inspired him to pass on the same sense of love, support, devotion and confidence to his own children.

Steve was raised in a Christian home going to church and youth-groups regularly, which continues to be an important part of his life. During high school, Steve played basketball and developed an interest in physical therapy and art, which is what he studied during college. Steve continued his physical therapy training in graduate schools in both California and Australia.

Most of Steve’s favorite activities including hiking, backpacking, fly-fishing, scuba diving, gardening, and cooking. He love to barbecue and preserve veggies from our bountiful summer garden. The best of both worlds is to cook a huge meal, of home-grown food, for our friends and family, and eat it in our backyard!
